Each instructor contributes their own expertise — from kihon precision and biomechanics to kumite experience, mental performance and technical development.

This is not generic martial arts content. It is Kyokushin training shaped by years of practice, teaching and competition.

Ramon Pfändler

Power and dynamics.

2nd Dan IFK - International Federation of Karate

Speciality: Dynamic kata performance & athletic development

Ramon Senpai helps karateka develop more dynamic, powerful and expressive kata. His teaching focuses on speed, precision and the effective transfer of power while maintaining technical accuracy and structure.

As one of the most successful IFK kata competitors of his generation, Ramon became IFK World Champion in both individual and team kata in 2024 and previously won the IFK World Cup in 2022.

Through years of dedicated training and international competition, he has developed a unique approach to kata that combines explosive execution with control, timing and precision. His teaching translates high-level athletic performance into practical concepts that karatekas of all levels can apply to improve the quality and expression of their techniques.

Maciej Mazur

Strong at heart.

1st Dan Shinkyokushin

Speciality: Kumite efficiency & competition experience

Maciej Senpai helps karatekas develop efficient movement, strong fundamentals and practical fighting skills shaped by years of elite-level competition.

His teaching emphasises precision, body control and efficiency, helping students understand how high-level competitors generate power, timing and effectiveness in kumite.

Maciej began training Kyokushin Karate at the age of five and has become one of the most successful Polish Kyokushin competitors of his generation. In 2019, he made history as the first Polish fighter to reach the final of the Open World Championships, earning the title of World Vice-Champion. His international career also includes multiple European Championship podium finishes and a top-eight finish at the World Championships in Tokyo.

4th Dan Shinkyokushin

Speciality: Mindset, performance & kata expression

An Sensei helps karateka develop not only technical excellence, but also the mindset required to perform under pressure and express their karate with confidence.

Her teaching combines technical precision, mental preparation and self-awareness, helping students bring greater focus and intention to their training.

As a former international competitor, she won four European Kata titles and achieved first place at the Dream Festival in Japan in 2018. Known for her ability to connect technical execution with mental strength, An encourages karateka to move beyond simply performing techniques and instead fully embody them.

Ciril Bächli

Biomechanics expert.

4th Dan Shinkyokushin

Speciality: Biomechanics & technical understanding

Ciril Sensei helps karatekas understand the mechanics behind effective movement. His teaching focuses on efficiency, body mechanics and the practical application of technique.

Combining over three decades of Kyokushin experience with a professional background as a surgeon, he brings a unique perspective to karate training.

His competitive achievements include a European Championship title and additional international podium finishes, but his greatest passion lies in understanding why techniques work and how they can be performed more efficiently. Whether teaching kihon, kata or kumite, Ciril helps karatekas develop a deeper understanding of movement, allowing them to train smarter and more sustainably.

Carla Gallati

Precision meets vision.

3rd Dan Shinkyokushin

Speciality: Kata Precision & Technical Refinement

Carla Sensei helps karatekas develop technical precision, attention to detail and a mindset of continuous improvement. Her coaching is shaped by years of international competition and a constant drive to refine every aspect of performance.

She is one of Europe's most successful Kata athletes, holding six consecutive European titles. Her achievements also include 2nd place at the Dream Festival in Japan in 2018 and victory at the Tokyo Tournament in 2025, confirming her presence at the highest international level.

Known for her energy, passion and eye for detail, Carla inspires karatekas of all levels to raise their standards while enjoying every step of the journey.
